• 1. Terms
    • 1.1 In these Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
      • (a) Client means the person who engages Invent NZ to provide services etc.
      • (b) Conditions means these Terms and Conditions and any special Terms and Conditions agreed in writing by Invent NZ.
      • (c) Delivery Date means the date specified by Invent NZ when an Order will be completed.
